The kitchen/diner is a real feature of Sea-Renity’s charm. A spacious, light enthused room. The kitchen is fully equipped and hosts a large central island that acts as a breakfast bar to one side. With a perfectly placed wall-mounted TV for ease of viewing and double opening doors onto the garden, it’s a very convivial gathering space for guests to plan their day’s activities. The dining end of the room features a fireplace and mood lighting for those evening meals which only adds to its ambiance.

From the kitchen, a door leads off to a small utility room which houses an additional sink and the washer/dryer. The downstairs toilet can be accessed through here.

Accessed through double doors from the kitchen, the pretty enclosed garden is a real sun trap. Relax on the garden bench or enjoy alfresco dining. Includes private parking for two cars.

A back gate leads to a passage that goes behind the cinema, which if at all possible, brings you even closer to the shops, from this little backwater of a gem location wise.
