With its two parking spaces and enviable position in a quiet residential road just behind the high street, Sea-Renity has it all.
Sea-Renity’s charms from the time you first turn the key are set out before you……..spacious and well appointed and with everything to make your stay comfortable. The owner has thought of everything from that important coffee machine to start the day off right to hairdryers in each bedroom to tame the hair after a day on the beach.
If you fancy a quiet night in, you can choose from one of the four televisions, watching a DVD together in the lounge or listening to the radio. With board games and playing cards for those who wish……………it's all here for you at Sea-Renity.
With the cinema within a few minute's walk showing the latest screening, a theatre offering a range of plays and musicals and a number of excellent pubs and restaurants all within walking distance, the choice is yours.

Kitchen / Dining Room
The kitchen/diner is a real feature of Sea-Renitys charm. A spacious, light enthused room. The kitchen is fully equipped and hosts a large central island that acts as a breakfast bar to one side. With a perfectly placed wall-mounted TV for ease of viewing and double opening doors onto the garden, it’s a very convivial gathering space for guests to plan their day’s activities. The dining end of the room features a fireplace and mood lighting for those evening meals which only adds to its ambiance.
From the kitchen, a door leads off to a small utility room which houses an additional sink and the washer/dryer. The downstairs toilet can be accessed through here.

The Cosy Lounge
The comfortably furnished west facing lounge offers a view of the stunning Sidmouth sunsets for which it is famed. Whether sitting and relaxing in front of the TV with its large 43 inch screen watching your favourite programme or perhaps choosing from the selection of DVD’s or loosing yourself in your favourite book, Sea-Renity’s guests can totally unwind after yet another day exploring the delights of the town or perhaps, even a little further afield.
Bedrooms & Bathrooms
The first floor enjoys three good sized bedrooms with the master bedroom enjoying full en suite bathroom facilities. There is a further double bedroom to the rear and a generous twin bedded room. Both doubles have wall mounted TV’s. The bedrooms are tastefully furnished and colour coordinated. A separate walk-in shower to the bathroom completes the first floor.
Gardens & Parking
The pretty garden reached through the double opening doors is a real sun trap and has a garden bench along with garden furniture for guests to relax and unwind. A backgate leads to a passage, which if at all possible, brings you even closer to the shops, from this little backwater of a gem location wise.
