Just a short drive along the coast from Sidmouth lies one of our absolute favourite peaceful escapes: Axmouth and Seaton Harbour. It’s wonderfully tranquil here, making it the perfect place for a gentle waterfront stroll to watch the boats bobbing on the tide. Afterwards, we highly recommend treating yourselves to a proper Devonshire cream tea or a fresh crab sandwich at the lovely little harbour café.
